Biography

My name is Kyle Impelman and with over 11 years of personal training experience, I pride myself in my ability to not only help people reach their fitness goals but also exceed their expectations of what they can get out of their body in their day to day life. With certifications specializing in corrective exercise and an extensive history.

Group Functional Fitness

Our coach-led group functional fitness class is for everyone! We use a combination of aerobic and strength focused exercises to maximize your hour with us.  The workouts are different every day with a huge emphasis on getting you started safely whatever your age or ability.

From improving your appearance to enhancing your body flexibility and mobility and several other health benefits of keeping fit. Medically and scientifically, keeping fit helps you tone up your muscle, improves cardiovascular health and general body immunity, relieves back pain, and enhances the burning of calories amongst others. However, many don’t reap these benefits because of their tight schedule and inability to visit the gym often.
